The attorney general of Pennsylvania has already declared Joe Biden the winner of the Keystone State as long as “all the votes are added up.”
“If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose,” Josh Shapiro tweeted Saturday Afternoon. “That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process.”

For the record, he’s 0-6 against us in court. We’ve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noise—vote!https://t.co/mN8t6TDud7

Democrats in the battleground state have been successful in recent weeks in court against Republicans on ballot issues.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court granted Democrats a win when it ruled that Pennsylvania election officials may count ballots postmarked on Election Day and received within three days. Last month, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that ballots from voters in the battleground state may not be rejected due to signature comparisons alone.
Shapiro is seeking a second term as the attorney general of Pennsylvania, and is facing Republican challenger Heather Heidelbaugh in that race.
Conservative pundits on Twitter reacted with outrage to his “irresponsible” tweet:”
Can you imagine the reaction if the Texas GOP AG was calling the race before the votes were counted? https://t.co/x95JNvl3Np

Can someone explain to me how the attorney general of PA knows the results of the election the day before the election itself? pic.twitter.com/bhHSMVplO8

If the outcome of the election comes to litigation, this will be a prime piece of evidence of potential interference. pic.twitter.com/1F6xXA1sK8

Perhaps the Attorney General of a major battleground state shouldn't be calling the election the day before Election Day?
This is incredibly irresponsible. @TwitterSupport is this consistent with your new policies? https://t.co/6XgWdkijDp

The person in charge of enforcing the law – regarding the election and everything else – in Pennsylvania just declared that Trump cannot legitimately win his state. https://t.co/FXSJUQ4t6K

Although Biden has a narrow lead— 49 points to Trump’s 45 points—over Trump in Pennsylvania in the RealClearPolitics poll average, the latest polls show the president slightly ahead.
According to a new poll conducted by InsiderAdvantage for the Center for American Greatness, Trump now has a two-point lead in the Keystone State.
The president has a more convincing lead in another Pennsylvania poll.
Lochel’s, a family-owned bakery located in the town of Hatboro, Penn., told Fox News that the shop’s Trump-themed cookies are “vastly” outselling its Biden-themed cookies by a margin of almost 6 to 1.
Bakery owner Kathleen Lochel said that in the past few months “we’ve sold about 28,000 [Trump] cookies to 5,000 [of Biden’s].”
According to Lochel, the informal “cookie poll” has accurately predicted the outcome of the last three elections.
The cookie poll may be more accurate than people think.
The Washington Examiner’s Byron York has been on the ground in Pennsylvania, and he says “the shy Trump vote is real.”
“There are people who are fearful of losing their jobs if they support Trump,” a woman from Daisytown told York.
“I’m an elected official,” said Sam DeMarco, the chairman of the Republican Committee of Allegheny County. DeMarco said. “I have had at least a dozen Democratic elected officials tell me that they are voting for Trump. They say they don’t like where their party has gone, so far to the left, but as Democratic elected officials they can’t come out and say it.”
“Look at the unions,” DeMarco continued. “When they endorse, they apply a lot of pressure on their guys to fall in line and support the candidate. That’s not happening now.” He mentioned a recent large oil and gas industry conference that included some local union leaders. “They said they’ve given up on trying to get their guys to vote Biden,” DeMarco recalled. “I can’t guess at the number, but if it’s in law enforcement, the building and trade unions, and oil and gas, these folks are voting Trump.”
Another encouraging sign for the president are the massive crowds attending his rallies in the battleground state.
The Secret Service estimated the crowd size at Trump’s rally in Butler, Penn. on Oct. 31, to be around 57,000.

Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes are widely viewed as the deciding factor in the 2020 presidential election.
As Trump likes to say in his campaign rallies: “if we win Pennsylvania, we win the whole thing.”
